About the role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales into hospital systems across our territory, owning complex, multi-stakeholder deals from opportunity identification through close.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment into hospital systems, including value-analysis committees, procurement and clinical stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, surgeons, biomedical engineering and materials management
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet revenue targets
• Navigate hospital capital-budget cycles and competitive-bid processes
• Partner with clinical and service teams on post-sale implementation

Must-have requirements

• 6+ years of medical-device sales experience
• Experience selling into hospital systems
• Experience with capital equipment sales

Nice-to-have

• Electrosurgery background

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $150,000–$195,000 USD, plus a commission plan. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, and 20 days paid leave.
